Legends Global is recruiting Hospitality Team Members to join the team at the Coventry Building Society Arena, supporting an exciting calendar of world-class sporting events, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, and premium hospitality experiences throughout the year.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flexible, casual basis within one of the Midlands' premier destination venues, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic and prestigious environment.
The Role
We are seeking professional, and guest-focused individuals with a passion for hospitality. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure.
Working across a variety of hospitality spaces, including premium lounges, suites, and exclusive event areas, you will represent the high standards of both Legends Global and Coventry Building Society Arena through impeccable service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work while gaining valuable experience within the premium hospitality and live events sector.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across premium hospitality areas.
- Create memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive, and personalised service.
- Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest hospitality standards.
- Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness, and organisation throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.
Please note: this position may require the preparation and handling of pork products.

Next Steps

This role is offered on a casual, event‑based basis, with evening and weekend work aligned to matchdays and arena events.
Any work offered will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks. These may include verification of identity, proof of address, right to work, employment history, qualifications, and—where relevant to the role—a basic or enhanced DBS check. All checks will be carried out in line with data protection law and we will only request information that is necessary for the role.
