Hospitality Assistant – Full-Time Role
Location: Restaurant Associates (Sch.select UK&I) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Full-time

We’re looking for a Hospitality Assistant to embody the spirit of Restaurant Associates, delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the public face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable, positive experience. Shift Pattern
Monday – Full-time (Day Shift) Tuesday – Full-time (Day Shift) Wednesday – Full-time (Day Shift) Thursday – Full-time (Day Shift) Friday – Full-time (Day Shift) Saturday – To be confirmed Sunday – To be confirmed
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.
- Efficiently serve customers while maintaining a personalised touch.
- Demonstrate menu knowledge, offering expert recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
- Represent Restaurant Associates and Compass Group UK&I, upholding a professional and positive brand image.
- Adhere strictly to Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols in all operations.
