Are you passionate about food, drink and service, want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for an Hospitality Assistant to join our team in London.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Deliver high-quality hospitality service to designated meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client areas
  • Set up rooms for meetings and events, including food, beverages, tableware, and equipment in line with service standards
  • Provide timely delivery and replenishment of food and drinks during meetings and events
  • Ensure presentation standards are consistently met, with attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Clear and clean meeting rooms promptly after use, ensuring spaces are reset and ready for future bookings
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
  • Engage professionally with clients, responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
  • Support with stock control, replenishment, and reporting of shortages or issues
  • Work collaboratively with catering, kitchen, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Adhere to service schedules and respond flexibly to changing client requirements

Our Ideal Hospitality Assistant Will

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service (contract catering experience desirable)
  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet business and client needs
  • Willing to learn and develop within a contract catering environment
