Hospitality Assistant Manager | Houston & Hawkes | Central London | £39,000 per annum | Monday to Friday

Houston & Hawkes is looking for an ambitious Hospitality Assistant Manager to join a prestigious law firm environment in Central London, delivering exceptional fine dining, premium hospitality and high-profile events.

This is the perfect opportunity for a polished hospitality professional who takes genuine pride in service and is ready to develop towards a future Hospitality Manager role.

The Role

  • Support the leadership of a busy, premium hospitality operation
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee fine dining, meeting room hospitality and client events
  • Support evening events and varied hospitality services
  • Coordinate service, timings and team deployment
  • Work closely with the kitchen and operational teams
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and service standards

About You

  • Supervisory or assistant management experience within hospitality
  • Strong fine dining or premium hospitality experience
  • Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Polished, professional and confident in a client-facing environment
  • A natural team leader who genuinely cares about service
  • Flexible to support evening events when required
  • Ambitious and ready to progress towards Hospitality Manager level
