Hospitality Assistant
We're looking for a Hospitality Assistant, the face of our business, who will deliver exceptional customer service for CH&CO on a full-time basis (contracted to 40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities
Your role will include the following essential tasks:
- Greeting and attending to guests to ensure they leave delighted
- Serving customers with attention to detail, providing a seamless, personalised experience
- Knowledge share and recommendations about the menu—staying informed to enhance guest experience
- Representing CH&CO (part of Compass Group UK&I) with a strong positive brand presence**
- Strict adherence to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
