Hospitality Assistant
Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours)
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of CH&CO’s operations in a permanent casual capacity, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities
Your duties will typically include:
- Hospitality delivery: Providing high-quality service to designated areas such as meeting rooms, boardrooms, and client spaces.
- Room setup: Arranging meetings and events with food, beverages, tableware, and equipment, following CH&CO’s standards.
- In-service support: Timely replenishment of food/drinks and maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
- Room reset: Cleaning and clearingspaces after use, ensuring they’re ready for booking.
- Customer service excellence: Supporting client satisfaction through attentive, professional engagement.
- Communication & problem-solving: Addressing requests and resolving issues efficiently while adhering to servicingprocedures.
- Compliance: Following food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and company protocols.
- Stock management: Assisting with replenishment and reporting inventory gaps.
- Team collaboration: Working with catering kitchens, other CH&CO teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Flexibility: Adhering to schedules while adapting to dynamic client needs.

Requirements
We’re looking for a client-obsessed professional with the following qualities:
- Experience: Previous expertise in hospitality, catering, or customer service (preferably contract catering).
- Mindset: Warm, professional, and proud of delivering exceptional service.
- Reliability: Known for punctuality and polished appearance.
- Details: Spot-on attention to cleanliness, presentation, and standards.
- Versatility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
