Are you passionate about food, drink and exceptional service? Would you like to join an award-winning hospitality team and still make it home for dinner? We're looking for a Hospitality & Events Manager to join our team at Newmark.

  • Salary: £38,000 per annum
  • Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
  • Location: 6 Mortimer Street London W1T 3JJ

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and consistently high-quality guest experience at every touchpoint.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and responding proactively to guest and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, presentation, and customer flow.
  • Maintain full compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and company standards.
  • Create effective team schedules that balance service excellence, operational requirements, and budget targets.
  • Support financial performance through strong cost control, labour management, and revenue generation.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver hospitality events, meetings, and functions to the highest standard.
  • Monitor service performance, address challenges promptly, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
  • Lead by example, creating a positive and professional culture that reflects the values of the business.
