📣 We’re Hiring | Hospitality Event Manager

Please note: This role requires proven experience in live event management within the hospitality sector, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.

Location: Venue near Brize Norton, Oxfordshire

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Event Manager to join The Kitchen & Co Collective as we continue to grow our portfolio of corporate, private and venue-based events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of a wide range of events, from corporate functions and conferences to weddings and private celebrations.

As a key member of our Management Team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading operational teams on-site, and ensuring every event is executed seamlessly, professionally and with our One House ethos at its heart.

Role details:

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Based across our venues and event locations, with travel as required
  • Flexibility required in line with event operations
  • £35k per annum
  • Reports to Operations Manager

The role will include:

  • Leading the successful delivery of live events across our venues and external locations
  • Coordinating with Kitchen, Front of House, Administration and Senior Management teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Managing staffing requirements, training and team briefings
  • Working within budgets and event P&Ls to ensure commercial success
  • Conducting site visits and overseeing event set-up, delivery and breakdown
  • Managing client communications and responding professionally to last-minute changes
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety, licensing and venue requirements
  • Upholding exceptional hospitality standards and delivering memorable guest experiences
