Hospitality Manager – The Murrayfield Experience

The Murrayfield Experience is Scotland's premier hospitality destination, delivering unforgettable experiences across international rugby, Edinburgh Rugby, concerts, conferences, exhibitions, corporate hospitality, and private events.
We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Hospitality Manager to lead the operational delivery of our premium hospitality offering. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee exceptional guest experiences, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in delivering world-class events at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the operational delivery of premium hospitality across matchdays, concerts, conferences, gala dinners, and private events.
- Managing hospitality teams to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.
- Working closely with Sales, Event Planning, and Kitchen teams to ensure every event is planned and executed seamlessly.
- Taking ownership of event delivery from planning and briefing through to post-event reviews.
- Driving high standards of food and beverage service, presentation, and operational excellence.
- Managing labor, stock, and budgets to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Building, coaching, and developing Duty Managers, Supervisors, and hospitality teams to create a positive, high-performing culture.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety legislation across all hospitality operations.
What can you bring?
- Significant hospitality management experience, ideally within premium hospitality, hotels, stadia, events, or conference venues.
- A proven track record of leading large operational teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing labor costs, budgets, and operational performance.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within a stadium, arena, or luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous, along with conference and events experience and relevant hospitality qualifications.
