Hospitality Manager

Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Company Description

Premier location with around 1,000 on-site staff, delivering a high-end service spanning our main restaurant, retail outlets, and hospitality areas. Oversees all operations in hospitality suites and dining rooms, collaborating with marketing and communications to ensure exceptional visibility and exposure. Offers varied food and drink experiences within high-calibre dining environments.

Operating as a 7-day business, the role primarily follows Monday to Friday working hours, though flexibility may be required during peak periods.

This role, based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire, involves leading a multi-faceted team to deliver an outstanding corporate hospitality experience. # Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire direct reports to uphold consistently exceptional standards
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Develop teams through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
  • Foster a culture of excellence, combining innovation, outstanding customer service, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Drive business-critical KPIs, including:
    • Health & Safety compliance
    • Sustainability initiatives
    • Financial performance
    • Strategic Governance
  • Create and maintain budgets, while driving commercial success
  • Prioritise, multitask, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment under pressure

# Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar senior leadership role in corporate contract catering, corporate hospitality, or high-end event/hotel management
  • Deep understanding of corporate and private dining markets
  • Passion for food and hospitality with an obsessive dedication to service excellence
  • Ability to motivate, train, and empower teams while delivering exceptional results
  • Strong financial acumen with skills in budgeting and driving commercial performance
  • Excellent delegation, influencing, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High organisation and time management skills with flawless attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically think and resolve challenges
