About the Role

We’re seeking a polished, customer-focused Hospitality Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-end hotel events, meetings, or premium guest experiences. This role is essential for driving exceptional service standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects quality, professionalism, and attentive care.

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee the daily delivery of premium hospitality, meetings, and events services to guarantee outstanding guest experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations and maintain guest service excellence.
  • Support key financial processes, including stock control, ordering, and cost management awareness.
  • Foster innovative ideas to enhance client and guest experience, bringing creative solutions to optimise service delivery.
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and visitors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • Experience: A solid background in premium hospitality, hotel events, meetings, or guest services, with a focus on high-end clients.
  • Organisation: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with strong-time management and multitasking skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and blogging/communication skills, committed to delivering personalised, high-quality service.
  • Proactivity: A results-driven mindset with a sharp attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
