Hospitality Manager Parris Lawn, Lewes - £30.451 per annum
62 Bedded Nursing Care Home
Full time contract; 40 hours per week

Job Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, hospitality and housekeeping within our care home. You will have a keen eye for detail, a love for creating memorable experiences, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of our residents through exceptional service.

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond just health and personal care services; we believe that dining and our customer journey is a key component of the overall experience for our residents. We are dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences that enhance the quality of life for those in our care.
Responsibilities
Dining Experience:
- Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Ensure dining areas are set up to provide a welcoming and pleasant environment.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all dining areas.
Hospitality Services:
- Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including resident events, special occasions, and family visits.
- Train and supervise dining, hospitality and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a culture of warmth, respect, and attentiveness among all staff members.

Resident Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand and meet their individual preferences and needs.
- Organise and coordinate dining-related activities and events that promote social interaction and enjoyment.
- Address and resolve any concerns or complaints related to dining and hospitality services promptly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a care home or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and nutrition in a care home setting is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
