Hospitality Manager
Hospitality Manager – Care Home Based in The Brooke, Norwich Area
We are seeking an experienced and committed Hospitality Manager to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, known for fostering family-centred care and exceptional resident experiences.
About the Role
This care home prioritises getting to know its residents deeply. Staff are dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored care with a focus on compassion, empathy, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a service experience aligned with our family vision and values, reflecting compassion, empathy, and transparency
- Cultivate a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery
- Ensure exceptional resident experiences, addressing individual needs and exceeding expectations
- Manage food service operations in collaboration with the executive chef, including:
- Menu planning and preparation
- Delivery of timely, high-quality meals
- Design and maintain an engaging and tailored activities programme that promotes health, wellness, and enjoyment for residents
- Maintain the highest first-impression standards, ensuring the home feels welcoming for both residents and visitors
- Oversee housekeeping functions, ensuring efficiency and maintaining strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of first-impression principles to create seamless, positive experiences
- Expertise in food service operations, including menu development, food preparation, and dietary Foley concerns
- Strong awareness of the needs and interests of older adults, with a passion for creating meaningful and health-focused activities
- Proficiency in housekeeping standards, including cleaning protocols and infection control
- Experience in budget management, balancing cost-efficiency with service excellence

The Hospitality Manager will be rewarded with:
- Competitive salary: £32,000 per annum (GBP)
