Hospitality Operations Specialist (40h/week)

Having automation and data-driven as part of our DNA, we are building attractive hospitality solutions to bring a unique experience to our guests. 🚀The great things you will do As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Backoffice Area Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks. Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary. Administrative Area Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics. Customer Service Area Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact. 💡What are we looking for?
