Location: Longridge Salary: £30,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time

Mint Bespoke specialises in recruiting high-quality hospitality professionals across the UK, with a strong focus on back-of-house and kitchen-based roles. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Resourcer to help build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support our clients nationwide.

THE ROLE: RESOURCER

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging with hospitality professionals across a range of back-of-house roles. You’ll work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hospitality roles

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool of back-of-house professionals

  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to source candidates

  • Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Support consultants with interview scheduling and candidate submissions

  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience

  • Assist with urgent vacancies when required

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role (hospitality experience desirable)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and people
