Delaware North UK is hiring a range of casual Hospitality Restaurant Managers to lead teams in restaurants, suites, or bars across the iconic Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. As a Hospitality Bar Manager, you will be managing energetic teams and operational strategy at your designated location, providing exceptional leadership, and inspiring collaboration to deliver premium first-class guest food and beverage experiences. What will you do?
Demonstrate leadership to teams, directing and developing a strong frontline of team members and supervisors, promoting service excellence Elevate the guest experience, delivering top-tier service and satisfaction Lead the efficient handling of transactions Effectively manage operation excellence, including inventory, staffing, and performance metrics Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More About You
No degree required Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments Skills in strong leadership, teamwork, organisation, and strategic thinking
