Based in our Farnham, Head Office
We are currently looking for a commercially aware, customer-focused Hospitality Sales Advisor who will thrive on the challenges and complexities of supporting our luxury hotel and hospitality clients.
What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding customer service, manage hospitality projects and sales opportunities, and support key partners, distributors, designers, and hospitality clients while ensuring projects progress smoothly from specification through to order delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients and industry partners.
- Manage incoming enquiries from the Hospitality shared inbox.
- Pursue and convert inbound sales leads.
- Qualify and manage hospitality projects, ensuring specifications, agreements are correctly communicated internally.
- Actively maintain records on Sales Force for each project, ensuring up-to-date information is recorded for reporting and accessibility by others.
- Provide monthly project progress reports, including orders due and key updates to Senior within the department.
- Attend company events, design industry events and sales activities where required.
- Undertake additional duties as required by management.

What you’ll need
- Previous sales and customer service experience (commercial design project experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in the use of Office and Excel and ideally Salesforce.
- Keen interest in the Interior Design industry.
