Job Purpose
Silverstone Hospitality is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, converting existing business, managing the sales executive sales to maximize occupancy and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans with Senior Sales Manager to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and track historical customer feedback to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Provide a coaching & mentoring style approach with the sales executives and support on any onboarding requirements.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel trade managers.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and networking events.
- Manage day to day sales leads and enquiries within the team.
- Revenue & Performance
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance and revenue targets.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports, and analysis of team conversion rates and response rates.
- Day to day management of sales executives to drive revenue, strong account management skills and increase rapport amongst existing client base.
- Brand Representation
- Represent Silverstone Hospitality at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events where appropriate.
- Promote brand standards and ensure alignment with company values.
- Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior sales executives where applicable.
- Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as required.
