The Opportunity
In close partnership with the Operations Manager and General Manager, the Hospitality Service Manager plays a critical role in driving high standards across the hotel operation. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that provides exposure across all departments—from front of house to operations—while nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team to create an environment where staff feel empowered, motivated, and invested in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for those seeking to evolve their career, step beyond departmental silos, and develop confidence across all areas of hotel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing seamless hotel operations
- Lead and coordinate hands-on work across all departments, ensuring efficiency and a guest-centric service
- Mentor, guide and inspire a team of Hospitality Service Experts, fostering growth and accountability
- Establish clear direction and standards to align teams with excellence in guest service
- Take ownership of team engagement, training and continuous development
- Model high performance to set and maintain strong standards across all areas
- Help build a positive, values-driven culture where both guests and colleagues feel valued and supported
