Hospitality Service Manager - Nights

Night Hospitality Service Manager – Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport

The Opportunity

When the sun sets, and our guests are tucked away in their rooms, Hospitality Service Managers oversee our night operations. You may be the first and last person a guest sees—first impressions count. As a hospitality manager, success depends on confidence, friendliness, and professionalism. You’ll need strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the drive to deliver an exceptional experience.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Greets and manages guest interactions throughout the night shift
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for guest queries, complaints, or special requests
  • Oversees late-night operations to ensure smooth, high-standard execution
  • Leads and motivates the night team with professionalism and energy

Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Relevant experience managing night operations in busy hotels
  • A proactive, positive mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication to handle interactions professionally
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Opera and Delphi (hotel management systems)
    • Microsoft Office (word processing, Excel, etc.)
  • Leadership ability to motivate and drive teams effectively
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
