Hospitality Services Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Team Leader. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead staff for the highest attainable standards in the provision of hospitality services, liaising with and referring to the Hospitality Service Manager as required, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the Hospitality team for the consistent attainment and delivery of agreed technical service, hospitality and customer care standards, whilst exercising professionally supportive and motivational leadership at all times.
- Ensure that all hospitality services are continually prepared and delivered in a timely and consistent manner to the agreed quality standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as agreed with and under the guidance of the HSS.
- Undertake team leadership for the unit team via agreed ‘best practice standards’, in liaison with the HSS.

- Regulatory Framework (RFQ) Qualifications Level 1 or other equivalent professional qualifications in hospitality and/or demonstrable professional skills and knowledge to the requirements of the post gained through relevant industry experience
- Level 2 (formerly Basic) Food Hygiene qualification (course provided)
- An awareness of basic service operating and customer Care/service standards required within the role
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety relating to the role
- Sound written communication skills commensurate with the requirements the post
Desirable Criteria:
- A working knowledge of operational compliance for Health & Safety Regulations related to Hospitality business operations, including an up-to-date knowledge of the latest requirements
- Level 3 (formerly Intermediate) Food Hygiene qualification
- Performance team leadership knowledge and skills to the requirements of the post, gained within a similar role in a comparable working environment
