Who we are
At Tenzo, we’re transforming the way restaurants operate. Our Restaurant Reporting & Intelligence platform brings together data from multiple systems to deliver real-time, actionable insights — helping operators boost sales, cut waste, and run smoother businesses. As one of our customers put it, “It’s helped us make smarter, faster decisions and spot opportunities we might have missed before.”
We’re a team of hospitality enthusiasts and tech builders backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors and guided by experienced advisors including Jane O'Riordan and Floor Bleeker. We work with 200+ logos including leading hospitality brands like IHG hotels, Knoops, JKS, and Time Out Markets across Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and Australia — and we’re just getting started. Join us on our mission to help restaurants around the world move from surviving to thriving.
About the role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will own pilots and implementations end-to-end for a prestigious portfolio of restaurant-group and hospitality accounts. This role perfectly blends commercial consulting, project management, and business partnering. You will act as the day-to-day owner and primary point of contact for your accounts, working with a high degree of autonomy. You will join a small, growing delivery team to provide the dedicated commercial and operational capacity needed to scale our function. We're growing rapidly, and this role is an amazing opportunity to establish yourself to then grow with the team and company.

- Run multi-workstream onboarding projects to clear timelines.
- Translate technical detail into commercial value for clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Take clean ownership of assigned hospitality accounts, being their primary point of contact.
- Ensure portfolio health by keeping all assigned accounts stable and thriving.
- Operate with full autonomy, calmly managing a multi-account portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- You don't just take support tickets; you have a business-partnering mindset focused on driving adoption, proving ROI, and unlocking account renewals and expansion.
