Premier Event Staff Ltd is a professional hospitality and event staffing agency based in Dudley, West Midlands, United Kingdom. We provide reliable, professional, and fully trained staff for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, sporting events, conferences, exhibitions, VIP events, and luxury hospitality functions across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Hospitality Staff to join our growing team.

This is a flexible, event-based, on-site role. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work at a variety of exciting events, including weddings, corporate functions, sporting events, private celebrations, festivals, conferences, and luxury hospitality venues.

Shifts are offered based on business needs and your availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests.
  • Set up and prepare event spaces before service.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally.
  • Work as waiting staff, bar staff, event assistants, or hospitality staff depending on the event.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Follow venue procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Represent Premier Event Staff Ltd professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous hospitality or event experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
