Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service, and creativity and we’re looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Court Palace in London.
Our Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervising events/hospitality to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
- Leading and motivating the event team to deliver high standards at all times
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests receive a positive experience
- Supervising our team to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Liaising between customers and our service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
- Supporting daily operations within the café and outside outlets during quieter event periods

Our Ideal Events Supervisor Will
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of catering or hospitality experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar supervisory role
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
- Be flexible and adaptable to support different areas of the business when required
