Aramark UK – Hospitality Supervisor

We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team working at Coleg Gwent across 5 campuses.

We uphold safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expect all employees to uphold these values. All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including references and an enhanced DBS check, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

Job Responsibilities

You will:

  • Organise team members to deliver a high-quality, efficient service
  • Conduct stock counts, audits, and place orders
  • Assist in providing management cover during annual leave or at other sites
  • Recruit and train team members
  • Manage daily office tasks such as:
    • Creating rotas
    • Processing payroll
    • Arranging holiday cover
    • Daily team briefings
  • Receive and address customer complaints/feedback promptly and effectively

Key Requirements & Essential Criteria

✅ Must pass full security vetting and DBS checks ✅ Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or retail services ✅ Proven ability as a team leader with experience in managing and supporting staff
