Aramark UK – Hospitality Supervisor
We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team working at Coleg Gwent across 5 campuses.

Job Responsibilities
You will:
- Organise team members to deliver a high-quality, efficient service
- Conduct stock counts, audits, and place orders
- Assist in providing management cover during annual leave or at other sites
- Recruit and train team members
- Manage daily office tasks such as:
- Creating rotas
- Processing payroll
- Arranging holiday cover
- Daily team briefings
- Receive and address customer complaints/feedback promptly and effectively
Key Requirements & Essential Criteria
✅ Must pass full security vetting and DBS checks ✅ Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or retail services ✅ Proven ability as a team leader with experience in managing and supporting staff
