HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR
We are excited to be recruiting for our exciting new contract and are looking for an exceptional Hospitality Supervisor to join the Green & Fortune team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a welcoming, friendly and passionate hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example and delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will support the day to day operation, motivate your team and help create memorable events while maintaining the highest standards of service.

THE PERSON AND ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor with a B&I background who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high performing teams.
Core responsibilities include:
- Supervise the day to day hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional food, beverage and customer service standards.
- Support the management team in the delivery of meetings, conferences, hospitality services and events.
- Lead, motivate and support the front of house team, acting as the first point of contact during service.
- Meet and greet clients and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Ensure all hospitality areas and service stations are presented to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, allergen and company procedures.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Complete operational handovers, reporting any issues, successes and key business updates to the management team.
