Job Summary
To deliver high-quality service so that guests have a safe, efficient and positive experience across the venue.
Please note – working hours will be flexible and vary throughout the year, this is a Casual contract so we do not guarantee a particular amount of hours
The key responsibilities for the Hospitality Team Member (Casual) include;
Service delivery
Deliver service across hospitality areas so that guests are served efficiently and professionally Maintain cleanliness and presentation so that spaces are welcoming

The person specification for the Hospitality Team Member (Casual) are;
Essential
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Willingness to learn and adapt Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds Willing to complete relevant statutory checks eg DBS (Factory International can support with processing and payment)
