Role Description
Hospitality Team Member will be an integral part of our service team, contributing to the overall guest experience. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills.
Duties
-
Customer Service
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive experience.

Food and Beverage Service
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
- Perform regular inspections of the facilities and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Equipment Management
- Set up and arrange furniture and umbrellas.

Collaboration with Other Departments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Work as a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Event Support
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
- Coordinate with event planners to meet guest requirements.
- Provide support during special events and promotions.

Cash Handling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash drawers.

Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.
Skills Required
- Experience in a customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older, as required by law to operate the bar and serve alcoholic beverages.
