Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Host / Hostess role based in London. The Host / Hostess will warmly welcome guests on arrival, manage reservations and walk-ins, and oversee the waiting list to ensure smooth guest flow. The role includes escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and coordinating closely with the floor and bar teams to maintain an exceptional guest experience. The Host / Hostess will answer telephone and email inquiries, provide accurate information about the restaurant, and handle guest requests and seating preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining a tidy reception area, upholding service standards, and supporting the wider team during busy periods.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident telephone manner and the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, particularly in handling reservations, seating plans and busy service periods.
- Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment.
- Previous front-of-house or host experience in restaurants, hotels or similar settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
- Comfort using reservation and POS systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Right to work in the UK; fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
