Host Leader - Reception Supervisor
Host Leader – Front of House (Management)
Location: Point A Hotel London Kings Cross
We’re seeking a confident, guest-focused Host Leader to champion seamless operations and energy in our front-of-house setting.
About the Role
You’ll thrive at the centre of action, leading reception teams with energy and precision. Responsibilities include:
- Setting the standard for exceptional guest service
- Efficient shift management to ensure smooth operations
- Resolving queries with professionalism and confidence
- Maintaining service excellence from check-in to departure
- Close collaboration with management
- Daily shift planning and team coordination
- Guiding staff during peak times
This role suits someone who leads by example, loves hospitality, and averages £30,462 (annually, 40-hour contract).
