Neve Jewels Group is a UK headquartered, digital-first jewellery company redefining modern luxury through made-to-order design, ethical craftsmanship, and global e-commerce across its brands: Diamonds Factory, Austen & Blake, and Sacet.

Established in 2018, Austen & Blake is changing the way people buy jewellery. We create custom-made diamond jewellery to mark life’s milestones. Our designs are made-to-order in our workshop and can be personalised to create something truly individual to the wearer. The Role

As a Host at Neve Jewels Group, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele. You will be ensuring that every customer interaction begins with an exceptional and warm welcome. You will play a critical role in setting the tone for a memorable and luxurious shopping experience by supporting our Sales Consultants in delivering an unparalleled customer journey. You will seamlessly guide clients through the initial stages of their visit, providing personalised service and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the store. Your polished demeanour, attention to detail, and passion for luxury products will help to maintain the sophisticated and customer-centric environment that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Reception and Hospitality:

    • Warmly greet clients as they enter the store, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere from the outset.
    • Anticipate and manage client flow to ensure each customer feels valued and is attended to promptly by the appropriate Sales Consultant.
    • Offer refreshments and create an environment of relaxation, sophistication, and exclusivity to elevate the overall client experience.
    • Assist in managing appointments, ensuring that the store environment is prepared to welcome both scheduled and walk-in clients with equal care.
  • Client Support and Engagement:

    • Engage with clients in a professional and personable manner, understanding their needs and preferences before handing them over to a Sales Consultant.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and minimising wait times.
    • Answer basic client inquiries regarding store services, product availability, and promotions while ensuring detailed product consultations are handled by the Sales Consultants.
  • Luxury Environment Management:

    • Ensure that the store maintains a clean, organised, and elegant presentation at all times, embodying the essence of luxury.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Consultants to ensure merchandise displays are pristine and reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.
    • Assist in preparing the store for clients both walk in and appointment viewings ensuring an exceptional level of discretion and sophistication.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement:

    • Coordinate with the Sales Consultants to ensure that all clients are seamlessly attended to and receive the highest level of service throughout their visit.
    • Continuously monitor client satisfaction, making adjustments as needed to ensure that each individual has a luxurious and memorable experience.
    • Provide feedback to management and sales teams regarding customer preferences, concerns, or suggestions to contribute to service improvements.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist the management team in managing appointments and store schedules.
    • Support the sales team by preparing for clients, processing service requests, and managing follow-up communication for upcoming appointments.
    • Handle client data with the utmost discretion and professionalism in accordance with company policies and luxury standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage confidently and warmly with high-end clientele.
  • A refined sense of style and a passion for Jewellery.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the showroom atmosphere reflects the highest standards at all times.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a sales team to support overall sales and customer experience goals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.
