Maitre D’ / Host

The Twenty Two | Mayfair, London | Part-Time and Full-Time | On-Site

About The Twenty Two

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle destination in the heart of Mayfair, bringing together a 31-bedroom boutique hotel, neighbourhood restaurant, and private members’ club within a beautifully restored Edwardian manor overlooking Grosvenor Square.

More than a hotel, The Twenty Two is a home for creativity, connection, and culture, where members, guests, and visitors from all backgrounds come together through exceptional hospitality. Guided by the values of authenticity, collaboration, commitment, curiosity, and generosity, we create effortless luxury experiences delivered with warmth, individuality, and genuine care.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and service-driven Maitre D’ / Host to join our Front of House team.

As one of the first and last points of contact for our members and guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional first impressions while ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival through to departure.

Working closely with the Restaurant Management team, you will oversee reservations, table allocations, guest flow, and member recognition while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and leads with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
