Host/Box Office Staff

Part Time Check In / Box office / Ticket office / Host

PLEASE NOTE: Ages 18+ only. Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, organised and friendly person to join our team as a host / check in staff.

Requirements

  • Ages 18+
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Confidence

Responsibilities

  • Check floor plans and ensure everyone is allocated a seat.
  • Use epos (till) system to enter food and drink pre orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Checking names off a list and meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner when they arrive and assign them their allocated seats, quickly and efficiently.
  • Sell tickets on the door.
  • Manage any issues with seating / customer requests.
  • Manage any issues with food and drink pre orders.
  • Keep managers up to date with no shows, issues etc.
  • File and fill out end of night paperwork correctly.

Additional Information

  • Shifts start between 5pm and 6pm and generally you will finish 1.5 to 2 hours after this.
  • It can be quite intense as we have to check in up to 400 people in an hour so confidence is important. (on these shows there would be someone else with you)
