Hostess
Position: Hostess (Restaurant and Bar)

What will I be doing?
As a Host/ Hostess, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression
- Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences
- Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings
- Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings
- Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service.
- Bring experience managing entrances or guest flows for bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy venues.

Upon successful completion of the probation period
The service charge range fluctuates based on our forecasted business levels and may vary from month to month.
