About the Role
Some of our luxury holiday homes come complete with hot tubs, and we need someone reliable to maintain them in tip-top condition.
You’ll be our friendly hot tub hero—keeping these toiletry wows working perfectly for our guests whenever they want a relaxing dip.

Your Responsibilities
As part of our vibrant Holiday Hero team, your main tasks will include:

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Maintaining all hot tubs—ensuring they are clean, functioning, and ready for guests.
- Testing, draining, refilling, and adjusting chemicals on changeover days.
- Troubleshooting issues—problem-solving when needs arise.
- Flexibility is key—you’ll be expected to help out with extra tasks as needed.
- Working weekends and bank holidays—because hot tubs don’t take holidays when they’re needed!
It’s all about giving guests the experience they deserve, and we’re looking for someone passionate about it.
Must-Have Qualities & Skills
We’ll provide full training, but you must: ✔ Have a friendly and attentive attitude—great with guests and team communication. ✔ Be practical and adaptable—debugging problems and handling manual tasks with ease. ✔ Embrace learning—experience isn’t as important as eagerness. ✔ Be alert to guest needs—always ready to help without hesitation. ✔ Hold a full UK driving licence.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory)
Bonus points if you: ✔ Already have hot tub maintenance experience. ✔ Have worked as part of a team before.
