The Role of a Room Attendant
Join our award-winning team as a Room Attendant—where fun, development, and luxury define your work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Stock and transport refreshment carts to guest rooms
- Enter rooms safely, replacing amenities while ensuring guest privacy
- Refresh guest rooms efficiently, including:
- Updating bath amenities and cleaning materials
- Changing linens and restocking towels ("terry")
- Making beds and folding linens neatly
- Deep clean bathrooms and restroom areas
- Remove trash, room service items, and dirty linens
- Inspect all appliances for functionality and presence
- Dust, polish, and tidy furniture—eliminate marks, straighten surfaces
- Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallways for immaculate presentation

Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in high-end hospitality or similar environments preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal, listening, and writing communication skills (fluent English required)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable, capable of working both independently and teams
- Physical stamina (standing/lifting, long shifts)
