The Role: Room Attendant
A fixed-term position offering: ✅ Unmatched training & career growth ✔ Growth in a progressive 5-star team
Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently & courteously to guest requests + cross-department coordination
- Stock guest service cart with supplies & transport to assigned floors
- Secure entry into guest rooms, verify vacancy, refurbish efficiently:
- Replace amenities & toiletries
- Update linens with clean sheets/blankets
- Service bathrooms: clean all surfaces, restock supplies (soap, towels), create pixel-perfect reflexes with attention to detail
- Make beds to expectation standard
- Remove waste securely and transport linen/room service debris
- Conduct room integrity checks:
- Inspect appliances (functional, complete)
- Straighten all furniture, dust/mark cleaning, vacuum floors & hallways
- Ensure all rooms meet high luxury standards

Key Requirements
Experience
- Previous work within a luxury hospitality context preferred (hotels, high-end service environments).
Skills & Mindset
- Strong communication (verbal, listening, writing—**pitch perfect guest engagement skills)
- Phenomenal attention to detail – as synonymous with our brand
- Proactive, dependable, and team-player orientation
- Exceptional physical endurance – must stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (professional, concise language)
Right to Work in the UK
