You’re not just providing basic housekeeping—you’re crafting home-like comfort in an extraordinary setting.
Areas of Responsibility
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, Room Attendant, you will ensure every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation:
- Replace and refresh guest amenities and supplies
- Make and refine beds, adjusting pillows and sheets for a luxury feel
- Remove and replace trash, dirty linens, and room service items
- Greet and assist guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly
- Organise and polish desks, furniture, floors, mirrors, and appliances
- Conduct thorough dusting, wall touching-up, and vacuuming
- Ensure all areas display immaculate cleanliness before each shift and turnaround

Requirements
Before applying, please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for working in the UK:

Key Qualities We Seek:

- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/sit/walk for long hours, and maintain a professional uniform and appearance at all times
Prior to employment, certification in hotel safety training will be required.
