Antella Travel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading international tour operator seeking an experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to manage and grow their portfolio across the Baltic region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven travel professional with strong hotel contracting experience across both FIT and Group travel. You will be responsible for negotiating competitive hotel agreements, developing supplier relationships and ensuring the product remains attractive, profitable and competitive within the market.

The Role

  • Negotiate and secure competitive hotel contracts throughout the Baltic region.
  • Manage contracting for both FIT and Group business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, DMCs and tourism partners.
  • Renegotiate existing agreements to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Source new hotels and unique accommodation to enhance the product portfolio.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer demand.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Reservations and Operations teams.
  • Ensure all contracted rates, allocations and terms are accurately loaded into internal systems.
  • Conduct regular supplier visits and attend trade shows within the region.

The Candidate

  • Previous hotel contracting experience within the travel industry is essential with experience contracting the Baltic travel market including Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with ability to speak one of these languages fluently.
  • Strong supplier relationship management experience.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Confident analysing sales performance and market trends.
  • EU Driving licence
