JOB PROFILE Kerten Hospitality ABOUT KERTEN HOSPITALITY Kerten Hospitality (KH) is an end-to-end lifestyle hospitality operator creating bespoke destinations, lodging, experiences and communities while optimising operations and driving profitability for savvy investors with a strong commitment to sustainability. KH transforms destinations through impactful partnerships with Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Art and Wellness brands with a focus on building Ecosystems, and unique community-centric destinations, which connect International & local travellers. The Group’s current pipeline of lodging includes projects in numerous countries in the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa region. An expanding development pipeline of more than 55 lodging projects representing over 4,500 keys planned across our international development pipeline. ABOUT REMOTESHIP At Kerten Hospitality, we believe talent has no borders. Our Remoteship Program is a remote internship designed for ambitious individuals who want real hospitality exposure, not just observation, but true involvement. Through Remoteship, interns become part of live projects across our global portfolio. Whether it’s operations, marketing, People Services, development, or finance, you’ll work alongside our teams and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our brands and properties. ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source and identify lodging development opportunities in the UK by meeting different owners, developers, consulting firms, and more. • Analyze potential development opportunities across the UK, including financial, operational, and strategic feasibility. • Map key stakeholders including developers, brokers, investors, and landlords. • Support financial feasibility analyses and preliminary site evaluations of the potential properties. • Identify strategic partners and high-value opportunities through data analysis and networking research. • Prepare reports, presentations, pitch decks, and internal briefing materials of the prospective lodging projects. • Support outreach, meeting coordination, and relationship management activities to secure new lodging opportunities. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS • Background and current education may be from a range of sectors including real estate, business, hospitality, or related industries. • Strong interest in UK hospitality development and lifestyle real estate. • Exposure to real estate networks or connections is a plus. • Self-driven and highly independent, able to manage responsibilities and deliver results in a remote work environment. • Strong ownership mindset, takes initiative and sources potential lodging development opportunities within designated country. • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required). • UK-based or strong familiarity with the UK market.
