What You’ll Be Doing
As our Premier Inn Rainham Duty Manager, you will:
- Lead a dream team to ensure every aspect of our hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and exceptional.
- Manage a high-performing team of reliable staff to maintain operational efficiency and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Use your leadership experience, communication skills, and organisational expertise to cover all aspects of running a world-class hotel, including health & safety compliance, guest relations, and personnel management.
- Oversee daily activities, from front desk operations to maintenance, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
