About the Role
Join Premier Inn as Hotel Duty Manager at our Weymouth Premier Inn hotel. Lead our enthusiastic team to deliver a welcoming, safe, and outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience, particularly in retail or hospitality, looking to take the next step in management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a reliable, high-performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
- Oversee health & safety standards, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency
- Use your communication, organisational, and people management skills to foster a positive workplace culture
