Hotel - Duty Manager
Duty Manager – Premier Inn Cockermouth (32 hours per week, up to £13.86/hour)

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who excels in people leadership, customer service, and operational management.
This is a Permanent role requiring immediate start—no zero-hours flexibility with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to ensure optimal hotel service standards
- Oversee health & safety compliance, staff training, and guest experience
- Orgranise and manage smooth operations across reception, housekeeping, and customer service
- Use your retail or leadership experience to inspire team members and ensure service excellence

Requirements
- Team leadership experience (especially from retail/hospitality)
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and mentor staff
