Hotel - Duty Manager

Duty Manager – Premier Inn Cockermouth (32 hours per week, up to £13.86/hour)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who excels in people leadership, customer service, and operational management.

This is a Permanent role requiring immediate start—no zero-hours flexibility with us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to ensure optimal hotel service standards
  • Oversee health & safety compliance, staff training, and guest experience
  • Orgranise and manage smooth operations across reception, housekeeping, and customer service
  • Use your retail or leadership experience to inspire team members and ensure service excellence
