About the Role
As Duty Manager at Premier Inn Sittingbourne, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail/ hospitality environment, supporting everyday operations while empowering your team. Whether you have experience in retail, customer service, or frontline management, we need someone who:

Your Responsibilities
- Manage a reliable, high-performing team to maintain smooth guest, staff, and operational standards
- Apply leadership and retail experience to ensure exceptional service
- Oversee daily operations, customer service, and team coordination
- Check health & safety standards in hospitality settings
- Report & monitor performance metrics, resolve issues, and maintain consistency
- Ensure honest standards in pricing and property services
