Hotel - Duty Manager

Duty Manager – Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) hotel

Location

Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) hotel Unit 2, Oxford Technology Park, Technology Drive, OX5 1GN

Contract Details

  • Role: Permanently hired (no zero-hours contracts!)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days
  • Pay: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift)
  • Start: Immediate

About the Role

Join Premier Inn as a Duty Manager at our Oxford Kidlington (Airport) and help lead a dream team to deliver a welcoming, safe, and outstanding hotel experience. If you've led teams before—particularly in retail or operational environments—this management role is your next step.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional with strong leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver brilliant results.


Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to ensure the hotel’s smooth and seamless operation
  • Overseeing health & safety standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Managing staff, schedules, and performance to drive exceptional customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and hotel policies
  • Using your leadership skills to motivate and support colleagues

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
