You’ll lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of our gold standard hotel experience is always welcoming, safe, and brilliant. This role is the perfect next step in management for someone with leadership experience—whether from retail, hospitality, or another industry.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in delivering outstanding customer experience and inspiring others. Leadership experience (including team management) is highly valued—but this immediate start role is open for anyone ready to excel.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
As Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Lead service delivery to maintain guest satisfaction, ensuring everything runs smoothly and communicates our iconic hotel experience.
- Manage a high-performing team, using retail/hospitality leadership experience to support staff, reinforce standards, and mentor colleagues.
- Maintain safety and compliance, including health and safety protocols, ensuring both guests and employees feel secure.
- Empower a diverse team, creating an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow.
- Foster consistency across operations—from check-in efficiency to kitchen/roomhouse quality.
- Problem-solve and communicate with stakeholders, courting team dynamics and addressing issues promptly.
