Hotel - Duty Manager
Duty Manager - Fleet Premier Inn
Location: 7–11 Fleet Road, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 3QF
About the Role
Come and lead our dream team at Premier Inn’s Fleet hotel, ensuring every detail of our renowned hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and outstanding.
If you’ve previously managed teams—particularly in retail, hospitality, or leadership roles—this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding Duty Manager position and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to maintain high health & safety standards while fostering a positive guest experience.
- Experience managing operational workflows in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, hospitality).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a reliable, high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Developing and implementing guest experience standards aligned with the Premier Inn brand.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., health & safety, sanctions control).
- Supporting staff development and creating a supportive work culture.

Requirements
We value leadership, adaptability, and a passion for service. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A background in team leadership (retail, catering, catering, or supervisory roles welcome).
- Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing industry (helpful but not essential).
- Basic understanding of POS systems/administration (training provided).
- A willingness to work flexibly, including off-peak hours.
Note: No prior Premier Inn experience required—all relevant leadership roles considered.

What Can We Offer You?
- Remuneration: Up to £13.86 per hour (32 hours/week).
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts).
- Location: Fleet, Hampshire (with free parking via Premier Inn’s support).
