Duty Manager – Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport)
About the Role
Join Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) as a Duty Manager! Lead a dream team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure our hotel runs smoothly with a welcoming, safe, and brilliant environment.
We’re looking for a motivated leader with experience in retail or team management who can bring exceptional communication, organisational skills, and a passion for customer service to this role.
Location: Unit 2, Oxford Technology Park, Technology Drive, OX5 1GN
Hours: 30 per week Pay: Up to £14.36/hour (day shift) Contract: Fixed-term until 30.06.2027 (no zero-hour contracts!)

The Responsibilities
As Duty Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a high-performing team with proven management experience (retail or equivalent).
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through smart problem-solving and communication.
- Manage daily operations to guarantee a seamless, welcoming hotel environment.

- Previous leadership experience in roles like retail, customer service, or team management.
- Strong communication, organisational, and people skills.
