Duty Manager - Premier Inn Maidstone Sandling
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for the role of Duty Manager at Premier Inn Maidstone Sandling. This position offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to lead our dream team and ensure every guest experience is welcoming, safe, and exceptional.
This 30-hour-per-week, permanent role pays up to £13.86 per hour (day shift). No zero-hours contracts here—we are invested in your career for the long term.
Location: Museum of Kent, Lock Ln, Maidstone ME14 3AU

What You’ll Do
As the Duty Manager at Premier Inn Maidstone Sandling, you’ll:
- Lead a reliable, high-performing team to ensure the smooth running of our hotel
- Apply your leadership experience in areas such as:
- Staff management and coordination
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Creating exceptional guest experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns with confidence
- Enforce operational standards while supporting your team’s growth and development
