Hotel - Duty Manager
Duty Manager – Premier Inn Durham East (16 hours per week, up to £13.86/hour)
Location: Broomside Park, Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham DH1 1GG
About the Role
Join our Premier Inn team in Durham East as a Duty Manager and lead your dream team to deliver our world-class hotel experience—welcoming, safe, and outstanding.
This leadership role is ideal if you’ve previously managed people in retail or other customer-facing environments. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who excels at customer service and can inspire teams with clear, forward-thinking leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-performing team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Oversee guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met across all areas.
- Leverage your retail or team-leadership background to organise workflows, communication, and service delivery.

Requirements & Commitment
🔹 Minimum of 16 hours per week in a Permanent contract. 🔹 No zero-hours flexibility – guaranteed hours. 🔹 Must demonstrate successful leadership in previous roles (e.g., retail management, team coordination). 🔹 Module to build modern leadership skills for long-term growth.
